Spread your Wings
with Mimar Collective
This was a creativity and wellbeing drama project for young women aged 18-25 with mental health support needs, led by Maria Pattinson.
Maria’s combined skills as a theatre director as well as a qualified and experienced Systemic Constellations practitioner came together to create a space for individual expression and confidence building. Constellations is an embodied process through which what is invisible and often excluded from conscious awareness is brought to a place in which it can be safely approached and acknowledged, seeking to bring a better sense of balance to the individual.
